Food Safety
- The Food Safety (General Food Hygiene) regulations 1995 legally bind anyone selling or processing food to make sure that they carry out their operations safely and hygienically. In respect of Greenburn Golf Club this applies to anyone bringing, preparing or using food for consumption on the premises. Any individual, group or organisation doing so is required to indicate this by signing the declaration below.
- In line with directions from Environmental Health food must not be left un-refrigerated for long periods.
- To ensure that this period is as short as possible access to the club to allow the buffet to be set out will not be allowed earlier than one hour before the function start time.
- In all matters relating to the buffet our caterer’s advice must be followed.
- You must clear away all unwanted food on the night of the function. All food trays must be removed from the club on the night of the buffet.
