Greenburn Golf Club

Greenburn Golf Club is a tricky and testing 18-hole mix of parkland and moorland. It is 6067 yards and a par 71.

Greenburn has been in its present location for over 50 years. The members built the club and its motto- "Per Nostra Opera" (By our own endeavours - epitomises this spirit.

Rules & Conditions for all Function Hall Bookings

  1. In order to Book the Function Hall a completed booking form along with a £100.00 deposit is required to confirm the booking. This will be banked. The deposit will be lost if the Club is damaged or requires additional cleaning as a result of the function.
  2. The person named on the booking form will be responsible for the behaviour of all guests present at the function.
  3. Any excessive damage incurred to Club property, as a direct result of the action of a guest or guests at the function shall become the responsibility of the person named on the booking form, who shall be liable to be charged for restoration of that damage.
  4. Please note that the Club is an active member of Fauldhouse PubWatch. To avoid any potential embarrassment to you, your guests or the Bar Staff, please ensure that no guests in attendance at the function are included in the current Pub Watch list. Anyone found to be in attendance at a function, who is currently included on the PubWatch list will be instructed to leave the premises immediately.
  5. Please note that the following are not allowed within the function suite at any time: - Star & Gold Dust or powder of any description or Confetti.
  6. Club colours are not allowed in the Club at any time, though special dispensation may be granted for the wearing of highland dress – please contact the Secretary if this applies.
  7. No alcohol may be provided privately by the hirer. All alcohol consumed during the function must be purchased from the bar. Please note this also applies to bottles of spirits or wine won as prizes during raffles etc. Anyone found abusing this rule will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
  8. Birthday parties for ages 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20 are not allowed.
